They say you don’t really know something until you can explain it in the simplest manner. We challenge ourselves to provide max value with minimum confusion.
Can we be honest? Historically, data hasn’t been done well in the ERG space. We’re committed to using data - REAL data - not just taking things for face value.
We want ERG Leaders and PMs to know that we have your best interests at heart at all times and we have the integrity to stand on that..
We demonstrate the authenticity that ERGs seek the bring to their organization. After all, it takes someone to dance first.
Doing things because “that’s how it’s always been” is not our style, so if you’re looking to not change (in perspective AND in action) then we may not be for you.
What do you call an ERG Professional who can't build a community build? Honestly, we don’t know either. ERGs are - first and foremost - communities and we aim to demonstrate this in our community.
We are not pro a particular race, culture, gender, country, etc. We’re pro-people. We believe everyone should be respected in the workplace and should feel comfortable bringing their full selves in every space.
We believe that everyone should feel empowered to show up as their full selves in every space and make it our aim to exemplify it ourselves first. We don’t mute our identities or voices to preserve “corporate norms”, but instead make the courageous choice to show up.
We are a community of givers. We aim to over deliver in value every time. Regardless of if you’re one of the ERG Champs, a partner to The ERG Movement, or someone who’s just browsing - we always want to give you something of value.
We’ll always keep it real with you.
We’ll always keep it real with you.
We’ll always keep it real with you.
We’ll always keep it real with you.
We’ll always keep it real with you.
